Delivery Information

OmniDerm Pty Ltd delivers all orders within Australia via Direct Freight. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday on business days only, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please ensure your salon is occupied during these hours.

 

All customers receive delivery schedule emails directly from Direct Freight, allowing you to track your order status.

Estimated Delivery Times

Metro Locations: 1–3 business days
Regional Areas: 2–7 business days
WA & NT: 5–9 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or peak periods.

OmniDerm is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect delivery details. Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.

We aim to dispatch parcels on the same day the order is placed; however, processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
